Absolutely love this case! Who knew you can get heavy duty AND attractive in one case? Although the back camera cutout is pictured with a white bezel in the product info, mine arrived with a black bezel. No big deal but would have been nice to expect that. However, the design and function are outstanding. Couldn't figure out the kickstand until someone showed me. You have to pinch the top of the clip pretty hard until it loudly snaps into the open position. To close it, press the top tab hard to release it back to the belt clip position. (I put my finger inside the clip before snapping it back to prevent it from slamming shut.) The outer shell is nicely textured to prevent slips and fumbles. The overall case does add some weight, but it's a protective product and that's to be expected. It sits nicely on the waistband or belt without any noticeable pulling. I'm thrilled to have this protection with the convenience of a grab-n-go clip-on case that doesn't force me to settle for a bulky, all black exterior. These cases are fantastic! Way more protection than the Otterbox defender! I had that one, dropped my phone and had to replace it. I wasn't very happy with the other company's product, so I got this one. Its just the right texture for gripping it, but not so rubber-like that it doesn't slide into pockets. What really sold it for me, though, is the robust lip on the top and bottom when looking at the screen. They advertise them being 5mm, and if that's true, the other company's case is only about 2mm. This one also claims to have a 3mm lip around the camera lenses, but it says two different measurements in 2 different places, so I'm not sure. Seems more like 3mm to me, but I haven't measured so I really don't know. Either way, it's more protection for a much better price, and I'm so happy I got this! I debated between this and the Otterbox a year and 2 months ago when I got the phone, but chose the other because of the color choices. I regret that, and will definitely start with the Casebus Defender for my next phone! Put beside eachother, I don't believe their other brand can claim superiority anymore. Its significantly less robust, and since the point is protection, Casebus clearly wins in that department! I love the cases, and have recommended them to several people who are now recommending to their own friends and co-workers!
Ordering was simple and easy to navigate, and emailed updates were also clear. As for shipping, I ordered right before my country's mail system went on strike for a month, so Casebus had nothing to do with the stupidly long wait to get my cases. They were stuck in the postal system, and that's totally not on Casebus. I will definitely be ordering again! If I have anything less than great to say about this case, it's that the color choices are limited if you don't use apple. I have a Samsung S23 Ultra, and I wasn't thrilled with the options (although I did get 2 that I like), but I noticed more color options in the apple product selections. Since the Samsung S series is the second most popular (to apple) I would think they could offer the same color choices. I was looking for things in the pinks, purples, and blues - dark and bright shades, because I loose my phone on surfaces, and I wasn't a fan of the orange or red, and black, gray, and navy are too muted - I've lost my phone on surface with those colors. Bottom line though, I would definitely buy again!

Nice case seems to be well made

I like this case very much. I really like that the phone is sandwiched between two plastic hard shells. Then it is encapsulated in the rubber outer. The case fits the phone perfectly, and the buttons are very responsive. The holster is a bonus and works very well with the case itself. I haven’t had this case that long, but I foresee this lasting a long time.

The whole set up is very sturdily built and went together very easily. The phone is a snug fit into the protective case, which gives a sense of confidence in it all. And the belt clip holds it all very securely on belts of different sizes.

The Defender is amazing, exactly what I was looking for, snug fit and have gotten compliments from my coworkers on the pretty purple and blue color scheme. Unfortunately, the lens protector shattered within 2 days of purchase but no worries, they gave me a refund immediately.
